It's all in the paintkit manual, it gives clear instructions about every aspect of the paintkit

I have followed the instructions to the letter. The name of the new paint shows in the livery, but the aircraft does not appear in aircraft selection..All Variations is checked.

Make sure aircraft.cfg [flightsim.N] entry is correct and not duplicated. Duplicating some parameters set in there (for example title= must be unique) will make a repaint not appear.

Hi, Mark,

 

I can't see anything wrong with your entry for the Mountain Air repaint. Only thing I can suggest is make sure your texture folder is named "texture.ma" given your entry for texture=ma under [fltsim.6].
