Ok I don't know if I'm doing something wrong with RNAV and VNAV but I followed the tutorial that came with the plane to the "T"It just disarms when i engage TOGOAlso the gear retract sounds only works on take off. Not while your in the air :(

You don't hear the front wheel coming up into the fuselage after you're airborne because the wheel isn't rotating, so the scrubbers aren't stopping it. Only after takeoff when the front wheel is rotating do you hear the scrubbing noise.

1: it is normal for the lights to extinguish after toga is activated, they should automatically relight after climbing through 400ft (I believe this to be true don't hold me to it)2: that sound you love so much is the sound of the spinning nose wheel rubbing against the snubbers in the gear bay that slow it down. When you put the gear up the second time the nosewheel was already stopped, so it didnt rub against the snubbers thus not making the sound.

I believe that is the correct behavior. No problem here.

Lok at your pfd to see which modes are engaged, not the mcp. Lights on the mcp only indicate that specific mode can be disarmed by pressing the button again. The top of the pfd should always be what you use to see which modes are armed/engaged.
