November 4, 201114 yr Guys, I thought I read somewhere the FPS Limiter is NOT compatible with FSX and Win7 x64 SP1 (or SP2). Can anyone confim this? I want to use the Limiter but I don;'t know if it will hurt or do something wrong to my FSX or even work at all. Is anyone using it sucessfully under Windows 7 x64 Sp2 or Sp1, thanksCheers.o ya and if it does work can you give me a link for it? I cannot find the version 2.0 anywhere for FSX Ron Hamilton "95% is half the truth, but most of it is lies, but if you read half of what is written, you'll be okay." __ Honey Boo Boo's Mom
November 4, 201114 yr I tryed it on my and works fine for me on my FSX. Got the FPS Limiter from this site: http://www.venetubo.com/fsx.html
November 5, 201114 yr On my last machine it seemed to run OK but didn't actually limit frames. So I shifted to Bojote's anit-lag dll and that seems to work. I guess it has issues with ENB serie though if you also use that.scott s..
November 5, 201114 yr I also have the OS and system you describe. FPS Limiter 2.0 works very well for me. In my case, I couldn't enjoy the performance level I do these days without it. It makes the difference between a stutter-free flight and one that is full of subtle but aggravating performance problems. You may already know about these, but two tools that have led to a much better performance level with the resource-hungry aircraft I recently purchased - the Bojote's FSX.cfg tweak tool athttp://www.venetubo.com/fsx.html and the tool you're looking for (FPS Limiter 2.0). The website that bthiago gave you earlier. I believe they're the same websites. Duh. I just noticed that. I should make my name Forrest Gump occasionally...Have fun!Mark
