Flight1 key reactivation system down?

Featured Replies

I'm trying to reactivate one of my Flight1 keys and I'm getting an internal server error; I've sent in a ticket but I doubt they'll get to it over the weekend. So is anyone else seeing this? Maybe it's a problem on my end?

I should've been more specific. After submitting the form on that page, they send you an e-mail with a link that actually activates the key. The problem on my end is that the link is broken.

Maybe it's just a browser (+cache) issue. All other things may need some more ticket to Flight1. sad.png

Nothing is working; I tried it on a different browser on a different computer. I'm pretty disappointed with Flight1 right now. I bought an SSD on Friday and was looking forward to getting FSX going again this weekend.

Had problems in the past myself. Stopped buying Flt1 downloads 3 years ago. DVD only now.

Arnie....if it ain't broke, don't fix it...

It's been a full business day and I've heard nothing back from Flight1 and it still doesn't work. I'm just going to keep bumping this everyday until they reply.

Still working on support tickets from the weekend and have flagged your ticket for our technician to look at. Once we find out the issue, we will respond to you promptly.
