Word Not Allowed, textures are loaded from HDD, not from processor. For FSX it's best to have 10,000 rpm for fast texture loading.

Correct.I did lots of flying on HT-off 14 config, and got used to that.I then turned off AM for testing, and I was amazed how much more stuttery the sim has become! I could *really* notice it!
