RC4 Activation email.

Hi all,I Purchased Radar Contact many many moons ago when it was released and supplied on CD. I wish to re-install RC4 for FSX on my new PC but I have no idea what email address I would have used back when I purchased it. I have moved house twice and changed ISP's a few times so I'm not sure if I even have access to the email address any more. I have looked at the website for RC4 but I can't see a way to find out what email I would have used.Any one have any ideas?Many ThanksDean Farley.

send your product code to [email protected] with your user name that you registered under subject registration assist with your details. Your approximate purchase date would help. Also request the link for the latest version. Ask jd to update your e-mail address so you can register automatically if need be.In your product code include any - in the number. After as successful registration update fsuipc and makerwys per the pinned topic installing the latest versions and run the scenery database update once more from within RC.Be sure jdtllc.com is passed through your ISP and pc-email spam filters.

Thank you for the info ronzie,However in a stroke of luck I checked my yahoo online email account and found that I have registration requests in the sent folder. This means it's the email I used to sign up with all those years ago. I should be good to go on the registration now.Thanks.

I suggest you paste that information into your manual e-mail to jd since you can't use the automatic one until your records are updated. If you don't have version 4.3.3845 request that link in your e-mail as well. Since you are on a new system you'll have a new product code so if that's the case install the new version from the link before registering. The e-mail with your purchase information that you found should enable jd to update your record with your new information. Then once RC is installed you can use the auto registration procedure to get your new key.

Hi Ronzi, Ironically I too just re-installed last night and sent the automated request for activation, I also send an email to JD for a link to 4.3. I will have to see if anyone replied to my outlook email because I haven't seen anything on my other email.

Be sure jdtllc.com is not blocked by any spam filters. Check your spam folder. Be sure to use your original e-mail address you ordered from for your the automated system to work. Check your spam folders.If your HD has not been reformatted and your e-mail address has not changed you should have received a reply even if rejected.

Hi Ronzi, I did not format my drive that I recall, my email did however change since JD sent me the CD. Suggestions??

If you got a reply from jd with the link after furnishing your new and old e-mail it should be set to go to use the automatic registrtion assuming he updated your data.
