Default 737 panel light

Featured Replies

Hey gang,My plane of choice for flying in FSX, is the default Boeing 737.Apparently, the panel light does not work in this aircraft, at least in the daytime? ( hopefully it is not just me). When it is dark out, the panels are illuminated quite nicely - once daybreak hits, the light seems to go off automatically, and I can not get it to turn on, unless the sun is oriented a certain way, the panel can be pretty dark making it hard to see the instruments. If this is a bug, is there a fix that can be done for this? I can live with it as is, but would be nice to have it working. Thanks,

Don B

Can't answer your question ( I don't fly the default 737) , but with those specs you could fly a much improved addon B737 with excellent lighting effects.PMDG http://www.precisionmanuals.com/pages/product/ngx.htmliFly http://www.iflysimsoft.com/ProductsDetail.aspx?PID=1Learning curve involved but would be worth it.Sorry if I've drifted.

No problem, I have often thought about getting something like the PMDG. but I tend to like thinks to be relatively simple - I probably would not enjoy spending more time just trying to get the thing started and on my way, than actually flying it. :)Maybe someday I will give it a try...Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it.
