Finally success! After quite a search I found and purchased FDC Live Cockpit 2011. This is compatable with FSX and Windows 7. I'd suggest, as with anything, running a demo/trial first....

i already had the demo, they are text a loud voice or realspeak ,there good but could need a little bit of staticnot robotic, but its like a narator and im waiting for email for activating , looks like il be waiting for a while beforei can try the full version (you buy it and then you wait like a dumb a.... )
