December 6, 201114 yr Why does it take almost 4 days to reset my license key? I know the keys are mend to avoid piracy, however it is a pain for paying customers!!! If I have a look on any newsserver, I will have a working pmdg 737, however because I paid for it and reinstalled my pc a couple of times, I have to wait to use my PAID software.

Did you do a clean install of your o/s, or are you reinstalling on another pc?If niether applies, then you should not have to reactivate. Rick Hobbs
December 6, 201114 yr Author After I bought 737ngx and played it for 3 days, my hdd crashed and I was forced to do a reinstall (everything). So I bought a SSD and installed FSX again, however my SSD was not working well with my old and shaby mobo and I swapped it with another MOBO I had laying around. And again a new OS install, so far no problem. (SSD died on me and replaced it, so new OS install) After a month or so, I decided (I hadn't played fsx for years) it was time for an upgrade, and everything being affordable now, I went out and bought new mobo/new proccesor and memory. This time a got trouble installing pmdg, send them an email and it took 2 days for them to reset my license. But with my luck, the new mobo turned out faulty (and SSD again) and they replaced mobo and I replaced SSD by another brand. So last friday I asked for a reset and I am still waiting :-(
December 6, 201114 yr Sounds like your luck wasn't really with you with all those Hardware exchange flow you just told us.Any way, you should have your License key at your PMDG account on their web site under "View Previous Orders"It would be right at the bottom of the page after you enter your Order page (clicking the order link). I get a warning saying I exceeded number of installs (really ;-) )Haven'd played games for years, so my hardware was sufficient for office and internet. But under stress everything keeped on falling apart. As for the SSD, I don't recommend OCZ agilty 3, while I was exchanging them in the store, there were at least 4 other persons with problems with the same SSD.Wow sounds like you hanen't had much luck. Are you going back into PMDG regularly to open existing tickets?I reopened the old one, made a new one and even replied on a support email. No luck till now.
December 7, 201114 yr I have 2 OCZ agility 3 and both fine so far. Did you update firmware? 2.21 I think.
December 7, 201114 yr Author First one I didn't, the second one I did. Have an Adata S510 now, working (for now at least :-) )
