December 14, 201114 yr Hi,After a clean reinstall of the NGX and livery installation, I loaded up an Alaska Airlines -900WL. When it came up the N1 fan was gone. I've seen this in a couple of videos before, but haven't had this happen to me.Any help? Thanks,
December 14, 201114 yr Is the Ngx your default plane?Or were you loading ontop of another 900? Tyler St. Peter Specs- i7-950 OC@ 3.4Ghz, Asus P6TSE, ATI HD5770, 750W PSU, Water cooled, Hitachi 1TB HDD
December 14, 201114 yr Author Hi,neither, actually, default is Iris F-22, and last plane loaded was the C210T
December 14, 201114 yr This happened to me once, i thought it was just a glitch in me clicking next too fast to load the plane from the main FSX screen. Just close the flight and reopen it and it should be fixed Max PMDG 747X & 737NGX Pilot
December 14, 201114 yr Author Hi,I really think its a livery i installed, although I don't know exactly which one it would be...I'll reinstall them all later. Thanks,
December 14, 201114 yr Commercial Member Liveries have nothing to do with the engine spinner... that's loaded as part of the gauge, if it's not there it means something's corrupting in the gauge. Running over top of another addon aircraft or another NGX livery or variant is the most common cause. We highly recommend leaving the default flight set to the Ultralight at Friday Harbor - that default flight is actually loaded in the background when you run FS and if you have an addon there, that plane is being loaded too. December 14, 201114 yr Ryan said what I was about to, but to not waste what I wrote, and since it differs just a tad;Make sure you have the default flight loaded or similar. The most sophisticated of all aircraft should be the default C172. Weather should be clear (you'll be surprised how many issues that alone clears up). Airport should be something that isn't a payware, or over payware scenery of any kind. You can check also to see if this is your issue by creating a saved flight of the NGX. Close FSX, then go to you saved flight file and launch it by double clicking. This will bypass the default completely and save you time in loading. i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
