What you are hearing is the Outer Marker (about 5 miles out) and the Inner Marker beacons (about 1/4 mile out), its normal and very handy for 0/0 approaches :-)

No, its not that. Its the VOR ident. Its Morse. Turn off the audio from your nav radios on the radio panel
