Featured Replies

Hello folks,I've just recantly purchased Saitek yoke, rudder and two throttles. I have also purchased FSUIPC.I was just curious to know what assignments you guys are using for your levers buttons and switches etc... for the NGX, If you've got the time to list them.Just looking for ideas.Richie

Saitek Yoke:Buttons mapped via FSUIPC, control axis not mapped via FSUIPC.Left trigger button = brakesLeft up/down button = trim up/downLeft hat = viewsRight thumb button (red) = AP disengageRight up/down button: Up=overhead panel toggle, Down=VC pedestal view (buttom commands "A" press).Right left/right button: Left=Radio stack/rear pedestal, Right=FMC toggle (button commands "shift+#" for the FMC toggle)This is the layout I use for most jet aircraft, PMDG 73/74, Concorde, LDS767, etc.I gave up on the saitek throttles...POS IMHO. Bought a CH 7 lever throttle, it's cheap but does the job. Also has buttons on the throttle mapped via to TOGA, Fuel cutoff toggle, AT arm/disarm, gear up/down, dome light, couple others I can't recall.Hope this helps,Rob.

System specs: Dual core E6300 (1.86g X 2), 2gb RAM, nvidea7800GT, Saitek yoke, CH throttle (6 lever), Soundblaster live.
Add-ons: FSX: LDS767, FSL Concorde, FT E175/195, PMDG 747X/737X, Active Sky E, some freeware airports.
Human specs: Desktop simulation since FS1, beta tester (LDS, FSL), 737NG simulator tech (Threshold Aviation), r sole+.

I gave up on the saitek throttles...POS IMHO.
I have 2 of them for a year now and they have worked flawlessly. With 2 of them you have 20 extra buttons to assign and the combinations are endless.
