January 2, 201214 yr Gotta love those eastbound routes.. :) I ran the 700 from Houston to Newark this AM..Gotta a pretty good kick from the rear most of the flight. About 535 avg GS.. I wasat FL390 most of the way.I was going into Dallas a while back and saw 130+ from the NW. Didn't drop below100 knots until I was below FL200. In that case, it was a headwind.. :|I've been in the upper 500's range, but I don't recall ever hitting 600 so far.. Mark Keith
