Support off-line or don't work

Featured Replies

Since I bought my 737NGX I trying to have support from PMDG website:

  1. I can't do login because I always receive the same message: username or password is wrong. I'm sure I using the correct email, username and password. Even so, I did another registration with another email, and got same problem;
  2. When I installed the plane it didn't asked me serial numbers, so when I load the plane into the FSX all panels are black...

Someone can help me, my e-mail is [email protected]

If it didn't ask for the code then it sounds like the licensing service is not running. Are you using any or of game/performance booster program?It could also have been antivirus getting in the way.

No, I didn't, the FSX was just installed in the notebook..Antivirus? Sorry, I don't know how it works, but I work with IT and it doesn't make sence for me. If the service fails ok, but at least the window should open!Even so it didn't work...

Security software has been known to cause issues similar to this one if left running during the installation
