First of all, Happy New Year to everyone.My question of my fellow simmers, how do you keep up with updates to your existing software. I do have of course all the PMDG aircraft and frequent the Avsim forum for PMDG, who do a pretty good job of keeping us informed of upcoming SP's and workarounds. But how about all the other stuff. I like many others have third party addons including sceneries, airports, etc. I ask this question because just recently I was looking around and found that FSDT has released an update to one of the Airport packages but if I hadn't gone to their web site would not have known about it. Are you all getting some type of notification from other software vendors or do you like me just once in a while go their respective web sites and stumble upon the update. I sort of depend on the home page of AVSIM to report this type of info but they sometimes aren't very prompt and may report some type of update after it's been out a month or more. Hi Bob,I have made myself a list of all the flightsim software I use. Occasionally, I pull it out and go to the websites to see if anything new is going on. Your post is a great reminder for me to do just that.And definitely ... Roll Tide

yea i do on all my addons make sure that everything is updated

I just hope it's mentioned on the forums I watch. I'm sure a lot of my stuff hasn't been updated but could be.
