Do I need to defrag both my OS HD and my FSX HD? What types of defrag methods whould I use?With my OS drive, files are constantly being added and deleted.What happens when I switch textures with REX or GEX? Do I need to defrag after switching? January 3, 201214 yr I find the Windows7 built-in defrag works fine, I just stop the service along with a few others when I fly.
January 3, 201214 yr ...Defrag as per usage .. I'm using Smart Defrag (Freeware), My Rig is a dedicated only for FSX, I'm flying quite often, so Defrag runs twise a weekYair
