Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix these lights? It's is ONLY this area, and it doesn't matter which variant, paint, or resolution I use. It's still there.

Are you using low-res virtual cockpit?

Try going in and out of full screen (Alt-Enter). I've seen something similar happen and that fixes it for me.

Sometimes FSINN interface will get whacked out too. Just minimize the window and reopen it again. I am guessing you guys was in full screen though.
