Wilco Pub 737 PIC Evolution Engine Start

Featured Replies

I just recently purchased the 737 PIC Evo. Its a so so product, but here is my major concern with it from Cold and Dark or Engines Ready to Run I can not get the engines started. This isn't a beginner issue don't get me wrong I've had a flight simulator since I was 2 and have several payware software. The engines spool up to 24% N2 and will not fire. Anybody else have this problem?

That's a problem of the initial state. The start levers remaining in the virtual cutoff position. You can move them in the VC but they remain there internally, so the engines don't get fuel. To circumvent this, you can open the 2D throttles and move the levers there or you use the default FSX keyboard command once the plane is loaded. This is Ctril-Alt-F4 if I don't mix up things.Me says Thralni has reported this problem and the solution here. http://forum.avsim.n...lable-as-of-now

I'm waiting for a patch before buying, do you know if there was one already? I guess not yet...Dirk.

Not yet released Dirk. Keep half an eye on the new "Unnofficial Wilco" forum that avsim have setup, will hopefully be discussed there when it is out...http://forum.avsim.net/forum/470-wilco-unofficial-support-forum/
