Hi I have many sceneries FSDT, CLOUD9, ORBX etc etc some freeware some payware, when I want to load a scenery for a flight do I click on add on scenery in FSX and load it from there as there only seems to be a few listed?My ORBX ones aren't listed in the add on tab but are loaded in the scenery editor section, so do I just pick Melbourne intl and it will load ORBX files?Also does the AES file need to be at the top? .Or does the scenery you wish to run need to be at the top of the list?Thanks for your help in advance?Sorry posted this in FSX forum no answers.Wayne HART

Hi WayneI'm Not sure what your asking hereOrbx autralian sceneries and airports should always be active unless you have the USA CANADA editions aswell in witch case you switch them on and off via ftx central.As for scenery files needing to be on top in the add on scenery, they are given more priority the higher up the list they are and will overwrite any similar scenery file that is below them..... and I do agree not the correct forum Cheers Ash

Yes you just load the airport - it's not going to say ORBX Melbourne or anything like that in the airport selection window. It replaces the default version.

If you run AES, it should say that it should be infront of your scenerys and ask if you want AES to correct that if its not already infront....I always click yes to that to avoid any problems.

hi have you got the addon manager and coulti addons in your menu in fsx if you havnt go to the fsdteam web and download the latest stand alone manager and install it this will fix your problem just as another idea the hot key may be used by another progrmane that ur using check out the fsdteam forum there was another similiar problem like yours , and found out it was another progrmne with the same hot key. off hand i cant remmeber what the progrmne was but if u check their web forum out its in there . Ok found the progrmane that had the same hot key assigned to it its the ivap if you have got this you have to change the hotkey assigment
