Hi,Go here...X:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9SceneryWorldsceneryIn there you find a file with the name traffic030528.bgl or it's name might possibly be different in the number after the word traffic.Rename this file so that it ends in a different extension than 'bgl'. Such as traffic030528.bgl.passive, or perhaps traffic030528.bgl.unused, or traffic030528.bgl.default. You get the idea. Or you can delete the file, or move it to a Temporary or Holding folder you have made somewhere else on your hard drive if that's what you'd rather do.When you restart Flight Simulator you will get a message that it is updating the Scenery Database. Now when you fly you will no longer have any of the AI Traffic that came with the sim, such as Orbit, Soar, or Landmark Airlines. You will only have the PAI Traffic that you installed.Cheers,Jim

Odd, I used the PAI installer to eliminate the default commercial traffic and it works fine, just make sure you select the default BGL instead of the PAI one when running it.Regards, MichaelKDFWhttp://www.calvirair.com/mcpics/PBTMCa.jpgCalVirAir International VACougar Mountain Helicopters & Aviation[link:www.cgrmthelos.com]Cougar Mountain Helicopters

I'm not sure what end results you want but just download the AFCAD221 program, decompile the orginal file, then add or delete until your heart is content and recompile. It is simple once you get the hang of it. Good luck.

"Good luck" is the only accurate part of that post! ;) Sorry.AFCAD is for adding parking spaces and facilities data to airports. It doesn't compile or decompile anything.Traffic Tools (TTools) by Lee swordy compiles and decompiles the AI traffic bgl files. Adding or deleting is not easy with the files that traffic tools out-puts, and requires a fair bit of knowledge. The PAI installers should do what you want easily, if you want to get deeper and are willing to invest some time learning about flightplans, etc, TTools for the documentation alone is a good starting point.Best,sg

While working in TTools today it hit me I made note to the wrong program. Thats what happens when you aren't paying much attention. Sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused anyone. My reference to AFCAD221 was to be TTools. TTools does provide a good understanding of what is going on with the AI aircraft. It can look a little difficult but once you dwell into the program it makes perfect since.AFCAD221 is also a great tool which allows you to add/delete parking spots or even add more aprons or extend runways etc. Give it a try.Once again, sorry I gave you the wrong reference.KSPI
