February 19, 201214 yr MD11 requires two F2 presses on the reverser.Over this video it might be an easiest thing to explain: http://youtu.be/p-UPLIfOWSQIn the first part, you'll notice me using F2 - pressing once will put it to idle reverse, and then pressing again and holding, full reverse. If I press singularily, you get steps - all normal. In the 2nd part you'll see the strange behaviour - stuttering due to FSUIPC "pressing" Throttle 1 Decr, without a possible pause between "first click" and subsequent click.Of course, the same behaviour can be caused by pressing and holding F2, without putting the aircraft into idle reverse.I already asked Pete, FSUIPC is not able to delay the 2nd keypress.Any other way?
February 20, 201214 yr Word Not Allowed,No idea on the problem but I had to know what throttle quadrant you are using. Thanks Daniel Fernandez

February 21, 201214 yr Thanks. My iPad doesn't show sigs so I will check when I get home. Daniel Fernandez
February 21, 201214 yr Word Not Allowed, how have you got your reverse set up for the Throttle quadrant??? I have a buffer zone so when I physically hit the stops at idle, the aircraft goes into idle reverse.....then when I lower the quadrant into the reverse zone, I have a curve setup so reverse takes a little while to reach full power, just like in the real aircraft....I have no spikes, no problems...I use FSUIPC registered, and Saitek Throttle quadrant, Yoke and pedals. And if you are using iPad, just switch to Full Version, on the botton of the site, if you are using normal mobile view in the Safari. That is going to show you everything, just like normal website.Word Not Allowed, how have you got your reverse set up for the Throttle quadrant??? I want the whole axis for the normal power and the button below the axis, as a reverser. I got it working correctly now through the Lua plugin (with the help from Pete).
February 23, 201214 yr I used a simple trick on my ch yoke. I put a 50 cents door hinge on the lower portion of the throttle range. When the hinge is extended, i cannot move the throttle in the lower 2 cm of the range. I programmed fsuipc axis to throttle from 0 to 100% on this portion of the range. When i fold the hinge, i can access the lower portion of the throttle range and i programmed this for the reverse. For the others plane i fold always the hinge and use the full throttle range for gas.
