March 1, 201214 yr anyone out there know where I can find the livery for Blue Island Airways which operates extensively out of the Channel Islands?thanks
March 1, 201214 yr I don't think there is one for the J41. They only fly the J32EP in this class. Edited March 1, 201214 yr by specialist Johnny Rosario
March 2, 201214 yr Hi MelI did do a version of this one some time ago, and if the screen shot below is something close to what you were after then just let me know and I will upload her and post the download link for the files and installation instructions.Jim Hodkinson
March 2, 201214 yr That's nice Jim, that is exactly the livery used by the J32EP. Looks good on the J41! Johnny Rosario

March 2, 201214 yr Author Jim, exactly what i was looking for! let me know where i can download the file. Many thanks guys for your comments and assistance.Mel
March 2, 201214 yr Hi MelIt really is not a problem as I did this one some considerable time ago, and I am just happy to help out if I can, as for the repaint files they took some finding but I got hold of them eventually and have uploaded them for you, or indeed anybody that wants a copy, so if you would like to take her for a spin to see if she is what you were expecting then here is the download link for the file set and installation instructions…http://www.mediafire.com/?bpd875hf3xp4m22If you find anything that you think I should take another look at then just let me know what and where and I will try my best to help if possible.I have also included in the file set a new version of the main cabin texture, now I mean no disrespect to PMDG by making a new version, and I realise that the main cabin area was not originally intended to be a functioning part of the J41, it is just that I found the originals to be a bit on the dark side so I made a new version that is bit brighter and a different colour than the grey original, so they are there if you want to try them out.Take care, and have fun.Jim Hodkinson
March 2, 201214 yr Author jim, many thanks. have downloaded and will install later this evening. appreciate your assistance. much better flying into EGJJ and EGJB with the right stuff!all the bestMel
March 2, 201214 yr Hi MelIt sounds like a good trip, I usually tend to go from one of the UK2000 airports to EGJB, it may not be realistic but they are good flights.Have a good flight, and let me know if you think of something that you would like me to take another look at.Jim Hodkinson
March 4, 201214 yr Author my quick flights are the following: EGGD:EGJB then EGJB to EGHI just enough to enjoy the day before breakfast... of course weather in EGJB permitting!cheers
March 4, 201214 yr Hi MelI must admit that the EGGD-EGJB run is one that I have done a few times in the J41 and with the UK200 and Earth Sims scenery the EGGD-EGJB run is a really nice flight, even if I do seem to always catch the crosswinds at EGJB which can make it interesting, on the Southampton route I usually use a certain BN-2A Islander,.Jim Hodkinson
March 5, 201214 yr Author Jim,on the return flight to EGHI I usually switch acft to the flight1 ATR 500. a slow beast but also fairly stable.cheersMel
