March 1, 201214 yr I use CH Flight Sim Yoke, Pedals, and Throttle Quadrant. Having a little problem in trying to calibrate the controls.Just what is the proper procedure for calibrating after going to the Aircraft Controls section? For instance, the aielron selection shows "Aielron Axis, Aielron Left, Aielron Right". How do I perform the calibration? Don't want to seem like the village idiot here but I can't seem to get the controls to perform correctly. Do I select the Axis or Left and Right? Thanks for any guidance.Jim
March 1, 201214 yr One way is to use CH Control Manager software...use its setup wizard to creat a new map combining your CH gear into one controller as seen by MS Flight. The wizard will assign axes to the rudder pedals, yoke, and throttle quad as well as unique buttons to each of the buttons on your controllers. You can then go into the Options menu of Flight and assign your axis and button of choice to Flight's Controls...simply by clicking on the desired control and then pressing your favorite button or moving the axis of choice. March 1, 201214 yr Author I have all of my controllers calibrated thru FSUIPC - all set up for FSX. When I go into Flight, I can't control the plane at all - all over the sky till it crashes. When I go to the Flight - Options - Aircraft Controls I'm not sure of the proper procedure to calibrate. Do I select the Axis only or the Left and Right, or Up and Down selections? Hope you understand what I'm saying.Jim
March 1, 201214 yr Moderator They are already set up correctly. Flight does not (at this time) provide any calibration procedures.See the new Tutorial article I posted earlier today on how to tweak the sensitivity for sticks and/or yokes. Fr.
