March 2, 201214 yr I am doing a mission and all the time there is a line of text at the top of the screen, saying what I have to do next. After a few minutes of looking at it I know what to do next... I turned various options off but that text stays where it is... Is it possible somehow to get rid of that line? It's spoiling the immersion... I don't mind a line saying what to do for a few seconds, but having to look at it all the time... It almost feels like a bug that the text won't disappear.BTW The same goes for the N Skip to next waypoint sign. I know what N does. Imagine having a sign onscreen for everything... I don't need that Skip sign. Edited March 2, 201214 yr by Guest
March 2, 201214 yr I am also curious about getting rid of the N Skip to next waypoint sign, but I'd also love to know if there is a way to turn off the green arrows and boxes showing me where to turn and where the runway is. A huge part of the fun of flight simming is the navigation, and so I don't want all these "helpers".
March 2, 201214 yr Both issues were pointed out during the late beta, I hope they give us the option to hide both. Ramón. Time, is the one thing no one can buy.
March 4, 201214 yr Agree with you. Be lost is something that makes some flight memorable."Where is damn runway that we see on the map...." PierreP3D when its freezing in Quebec....well, that's most of the time...C-GDXL based at CYQB for real flying when its warming up...
March 4, 201214 yr It is a real problem that reduces the enjoyment of the sim. Especially for nightflights it is difficult to see what the VASI is showing as there is a lerge yellow rectangle right on the landing zone obstructing the VASI or PAPI. How come they thought it was a good idea? It should be made user selectable...
March 5, 201214 yr At the very least those messages should be in the lower left/right corners, not smack dab in the field of view.
