Aerosoft EHBK Aachen-Maastricht for FS9 - Warning

Featured Replies

If you are considering buying this scenery for FS9, be warned that the advertizing for it is incorrect. It has NO ground animations in the FS9 version, in spite of the enthusiastic claims to the contrary. I have started a correspondence with Aerosoft support and hopefully it can be worked out, but until it is I advise you to spend your money on something else. I will let you know what developsIan

Thanks for the headsup Ian. I was hoping to acquire this but only when available as a pack eg German Airports 1. It is simply too expensive these days to buy them individually upon release ... particularly for FS9 users.

Ian, do you mean AES or AESLite? As for AES, there was a patch released to make the FS9 version AES compatible. It is pinned in the Aerosoft's AES subforum: http://forum.aerosof...attach_id=27217
Hi RafalThanks for the link - I will download the AES patch. The last I went to their forum, there was no response to my query other than someone telling me the scenery did not use AESLite and so there were no animations. I knew the AES problem would be solved - as it has been - but the absence of any dynamic ground scenery (AESLite) is what disturbs me as the advertizing for the FS9 version describes this in glowing terms... I have great respect for Aerosoft so I'm sure it was inadvertent, but it still bothers me that I purchased a product based on a description that was not accurate. So I wanted to warn my FS9 friends who might be as disappointed as I was...Thanks mateIan
