If you read the description on youtube, he says that it was added using sony vegas, and links to a video on how to do it.

Unfortunately a lot of FSX videos have added effects via Sony Vegas which starts to make people think these are available. IMO some add way to much.

I hate those people with nasa's computer and don't know a thing about flying, LOL.. my new machine has just arrived hope to get those FPS

Especially, for instance, when in the process of making it 'realistic' looking, they reveal how unrealistic it actually is (take a look at how the wiper is swooshing away happily, but the raindrops remain untouched)
