March 12, 201214 yr I don't know if it's true but i read somwhere that the PT Tu-154M is approved by the Russian authorities as a training product for the real Tu-154M. As i said i don't know, but i've read it. Daniel Holm
March 12, 201214 yr Vitamin is generally just a model. It uses PT's gauges for its panels.So unless you want a perfect model (although PT is also nice), or have some VC FPS problems (Vitamin is reported to be lighter) or just need a livery unavailable for PT, the PT is more than enuogh.Here's more info by Momtchil: http://forum.avsim.n...ost__p__1809331

I still tend to prefer the PT model, but the vitamin one is also very nice (especially the VC). I have both installed in FS9 - There is nothing stopping you from having both models at the same time, there are no conflicts between them and both are free.Overall the vitamin model is very impressive, but not quite finished. Apart from the outside and VC 3D models there are no other differences between the two - both use the same FDE, Panels and Gauges from PT.
