Hey all,So I've noticed since Sp1C that the sound of the NGX goes low every now and then. I wasn't sure what was causing it so I decided to load up a test flight just now to see if I could figure out the problem. So I had no addons running except the NGX. Everything was going fine and the sound was not dropping so I thought maybe the problem had gone away. So then I load up the default ATC to check the weather and as the ATIS starts to play the sound in the NGX drops like before, stays like this for a minute or so then goes back up to normal. When on the ground I contacted ground control and again the sound dipped.Usually I don't use default ATC, I use RC4 and also I use fs2crew, and this also causes the sound to drop now and then.Any idea why this is happening guys and how I can fix it?Regards,Dan

Sounds like there's some setting you have, in the operating system (external to FSX) or in FSX, that's doing that. It's not an SP1C issue that I know of. Nothing in the change list hints at messing with any settings that caused this. It's likely coincidental that you changed some setting around the same time that you updated to 1C.

Can you think of what type of setting would do this? I don't recall changing any

Check to make sure both fsx and the ngx have the same sound device selected.I also remember a user solved some sound problems by setting ngx sound to stereo, so that may be worth a try
