Lear45 soundset?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a decent soundset for the Lear45? I've checked here, flightsim.com, and simviation.com with no success, and the default soundset leaves a lot to be desired. Thanks.

Yeah - after all these years - I can't believe a first rate modern Lear hasn't been produced... I mean if you have to fly a business jet - Lear would be the top of my list... I think there was a Lear 23 made by somone a while back but I haven't tried it... The FDE on the default is pretty bad and I never came across a fix for it... Sorry can't help with the sounds either... LOL - I guess I'n not much help at all...:)Sorry...Regards,Scott

You bring up an interesting point, Scott. Its like everyone has forgotten the Lear. I can remember when the term Learjet meant just about any business jet. You're right about the default sounds. Probably the worst effort ever to emulate a jet. I'm not much help either, but I do have opinions!

All I know is these things are loud as he!! in real life...had to start one last night via gpu...just ear shrieking!! Whatever soundset you use, make sure you turn your volume up full blast and you'll be halfway there towards realism!
