Throwing out a random question here for the OP (or anyone else experiencing this) as I’ve had constant CTD’s in the last 24hrs, and came to the forum looking for any sign of similar situations. The only change I’ve made on my system (which has otherwise always been stable) within that timeframe is updating my Nvidia RTX driver, so now I’m wondering if there could be a correlation here.

Funny thing is...I had WOAI installed up till today, working great except for the occasional solid black texture....it was mainly the additional GA traffic that swayed me over to MT6. No wonder I held my finger over the mouse a little longer than normal before clicking the 'delete' button on all those WOA aircraft. Uggghhhh!!

Same problems here. VOX panel select crashes every time now, can't even assign it to an aircraft. Completely dead in the water. It was working ok and the only thing I've done in the last 48hrs to P3D is install MT6. Hmmmm. Would love to use both together, but as they say...if it looks like a duck....

Oh wow! Sorry to hear that...I faced the same exact scenario but got lucky and had the camera at the ready. Great pics and video of the Dreamlifter on final and all the way to shutdown. Quite a sight, that giant!

Is it possible to take gauge popup windows, un-dock them, and get them to display and function on a 2nd PC? For example, with the FT ERJ 135, I would pop-up the ND, un-dock it, and somehow drag over / get it to display on another (probably networked) computer.... I understand I could just move it to a 2nd or 3rd monitor but all monitors on the main PC are spoken for, and I'm really looking to relieve the gpu and cpu from driving any additional graphic data (so I can at least maintain good fps). So far I've only seen FSExpand...but not sure if you have to use their own proprietary gauges, or whether you can display any aircraft gauge per the method I mentioned above. Any advice and help on this would really be appreciated..... Cheers!! Btw, sorry if this isn't the most appropriate forum to post the question in...please move if need be. Thanks Mod!!

Rendi, I think you're absolutely correct...appears that Mindstar only does a single prop engine G1000. Can anyone else confirm that??!! Gosh, just realized even the F1 Technologies G1k doesn't offer a dual jet profile! And that's a serious $$ add-on. But, unless Carenado can start implementing a serious systems based glass cockpit, I'm afraid their models aren't going to get near the F1's, ESDG, etc of the sim world. Cause let's face it, these biz jets (and glass cockpits in general) are, at the core, all about systems replication/fidelity. In short, as far as G1k's go, I guess the F1 Mustang is still the benchmark. Regardless, I'll still be watching this development with deep interest! Sorry to say, but this baby is a lot sexier than the C510...real world included!

Thanks for the update....been waiting to know about this. Just hope they'll consider allowing a drop-in G1000 (Mindstar) as an alternative to the adapted default G1000 they've been doing as of recent!!

That's both good to confirm my intuition and to hear you'll include in for the next update....I really appreciate it! Would that confirm why ATC may not be recognizing some replies, such as 'Request/Cancel Flight Following'? No matter how simple I repeat the phraseology back, it won't recognize it. (I know typically you wouldn't fly a Phenom just with VFR flight following...but I often don't have enough time for full flights, and it's a great trade-off just to do a little simple sight-seeing Also, are your instructions above based on the premise that I'm using Pro Flight Emulator with MCE (since I'm seeing 'PFE.cfg')? I'm actually just using default FSX ATC with MCE.... is there a similar workaround for the moment with native ATC? Sorry for any confusion that caused. Cheers!!

Sorry, I realize this is an old post, and the list above may have already been expanded, but can I check whether the following has been added: 'Phenom' (Embraer) Having flown the Phenom 100 lately, I'm wondering if MCE is trying to recognize it as an airliner per the description above....when it would surely be classed alongside Citations, Challengers, etc as GA. Thanks for your help!!

Had wireless...spotty performance. The computer is trying to run so many add-ons+hardware already...so switched to wired (have I mentioned how much I hate wires??!! lol) and it's been flawless. Sometimes the old ways are the best ways, I guess. Good luck on your choice!

Ohhh this is bloody brilliant!!! Been waiting patiently for a high fidelity XRS/6000 or similar. Don't know how I missed this back around easter...I hope they'll put some additional love towards the VC interior vs. default. Thanks !

Thanks for the link to Interstate...are you enjoying working with it so far...seem strong/sturdy enough? Your build is really coming along! Love the $10 monitor!! I've got a few of those myself in 15" and 17" for a G1000 build in the not near future, lol. Curious to see whether you go with the smoked or clear. That final picture looks great, whichever one you have applied to the screen. Good thing we can always count on 'man's best friend' as an FO!!

Hi ...was wondering if anyone has tried and had luck with Win8 curing the un-docking of windows issue in DX10? Where if moving the un-docked 2D window to a 2nd or 3rd monitor causes it to black out. This issue was referenced a while back in the following thread Jim started (but I couldn't get any of these suggested fixes to work on my setup): http://forum.avsim.net/topic/386154-dx10-preview-fsx-opens-on-wrong-monitor/ I've seen comments that win8 has helped with other issues, so just curious about this one since it's really the only thing keeping me from a full switch to DX10. I need to use my Realityxp 530 un-docked on a 3rd monitor and it's kind of a deal breaker, unfortunately, since I've seen no sure fix for the 'window black-out' problem yet. I've been a believer since Aug. when I dropped the $ for the 670 4gb...and the card hasn't disappointed yet!

That's great...any estimate on what your field of view is (degrees) with the new projector? is it more than what you had with the monitors? It looks like you have a lot more fov, both vertically and horizontally....seems really immersive!

+1 on that...way more engaging! and strengthens techniques to be applied in RL if/when the time comes.
