March 23, 201214 yr I have previously owned the FS9 version of FS2Crew for the LevelD767 so I am somewhat familiar with the program. With regard to the NGX version I have some questions:1) I run my voice software (FSInn) on a networked machine, so want to check if the voice version will work with this setup. I suspect it will not but want to double check.2) When running the Button Control Version are you able to move the button 2D popup screen to another monitor as I run a 2 monitor setup? 3) With the LDS767 version the one big annoyance I had was that if you missed a step there was no way to go back and redo the flow of that particular section that got messed up. I see from the video sample of the button version that it appears you can step back and redo something so I just want to double check this feature.thanks,Mark. Mark CYYZ
March 23, 201214 yr Hi Mark,1. No, you cannot run FS2Crew on a network computer because the guage is built into the NGX as a panel. I have seen cases where people have used a Y-jack to split the microphone jack to two different computers but I have not tried it myself.2. Yes, I have done this myself by just undocking the FS2Crew Panel however you will find that once you have the config sorted and have started the preflight you will not need the panel. The PA panel, FO panel and ground crew are all contacted through the NGX panels.3. Yes you can skip to other section if you messed up a step. You can also skip to the next section if you want to.Hope this helps to alleviate your concerns. Don't try to compare the NGX FS2Crew with any previous FS2Crew as the latest version far outweighs the others. It is a bit like comparing the PMDG's legacy 737NG with the NGX.
