possible of Fuel pump bug?

hello everyonei am use Sp1c with NGX i noticed on preflight phase when all of the Fuel pumps are off, if i am load fuel qty that require also using center fuel tank, the two center tank pumps switch jump automatic to on; if the cntr tank remains empty, the pump will remain off' is this posible of system bug?thanks for answer and thanks for amazing product ( from LDS veteran pilot :-))

Not a bug. The documents PMDG provided explain that.

Sorry, but I could't find it. Actually, what I've found says the opposite - that the pumps go automatically OFF if the total fuel amount is not enough to have fuel in the center tank.I'm sure I've read somewhere that it follows some logic or rule though, so I'm sure it's not a bug.

It's not a bug - just a convenience that they are switched based on fuel quantity.Best regards,Robin.

ok if its known feature of NGX anyway i didnt find any information on VOL2 or intro manual ' will be happy for technical information about this functionthanks

If you search the forum, there was a problem with fuel scavenge that was modeled with 10X fuel rate. I found it on the NGX because I did tests on it, other users, found it because they were flying with center pumps switched OFF.Now, PMDG did an automatic logic (that I hate) but few users are still capable to wrongly switch them off with fuel in it....Page 1159 FCOM2 contains the explanation.
