April 11, 201214 yr I`m tearing my hair out trying to get this to work. I`ve unticked AA from FSX and opened up Nvidea Inspector. Selected FSX from drop down list and applied changes. NOTHING happens to FSX. Even the frame rate limiter is not working. I`ve searched on google, and come across so many dead ends on forums. What am I doing wrong. FSX looks crap with AA switched off. April 11, 201214 yr Hmmm, are you running in Windowed mode or full screen? Also, make sure the FSX.exe is still associated with the profile... it should look something like this (some of the entries are custom by me and stray from Nick's guide): Oh, Nick n's original guide is here: http://www.simforums.com/forums/fsx-and-nhancer-settings-for-new-drivers-updated_topic36586.html | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
April 11, 201214 yr Author Hmmm, are you running in Windowed mode or full screen? Also, make sure the FSX.exe is still associated with the profile. Hi. Tried windowed, and full screen. No difference. As for associating with the profile, I learned about this last night , Went in to "ADD" on NVidea inspector, directed it to FSX and tried again. Still no changes I even went into Nvidea control panel directly to make changes, and nothing happens. Totally lost.
April 11, 201214 yr Author Delete the MFS X profile and create a new one. Thats something I have not tried. Thankyou. Will give it a go.
April 11, 201214 yr When I started using inspector I was having the same no-AA issues and it's because I didn't have Antialiasing Flags set to "none". Also wouldn't hurt to have current drivers. Bud Estrada
