April 11, 201214 yr Folks, I recently got Vancouver +V3 upgrade, installed it and had not the time to fly about. Tonight I flew a flight plan from CAM3 to Vancouver and surrounding area, doing some sight seeing. A weird, strange performance behaviour has crept into my computer in the area of these two airports. My general performance with my sliders turned back to normal, over most Orbx area is 28-30 fps, as I approach Boundary Bay / Delta Airpark area, including Point Roberts my computer performance starts to drop off and eventually gets as low as 4-8 fps, a real slide show. If I turn my plane around and fly south to US or fly east up the Fraser River Valley the performance improves to my usual. I have been able to replicate this three times. I will continue to experiment to see what the heck is going on but I wonder if any others out there with PNW Orbx and Vancouver + V3 installed have any similar issue? PNW is patched up to 005 and latest libs. Also this problem exists even if I turn off my Van V3. Bryan Wallis aka "fltsimguy" Maple Bay, British Columbia Near CAM3

April 11, 201214 yr that is because V+3 have a huge number of missing library files at around specific Boundry bay.. Will bring any machine to its knees and it does not seem to be the only airport in V+3 I created a dummy set of library files and all is much better, anyway for me. I have already reported that on the V+3 forum site. http://fsaddon.eu/wpfsaddon/?page_id=1055/vancouver-support-forum/missing-library-files
April 11, 201214 yr Jon Patch seems to have taken your findings on board and is prepared to do something about it. Good to see. I also see you ran into a couple of ###### that were not armed up enough to take you on. Bliksimpie??? LOL ! And maybe 99.9% of the other users have done the smart thing then ? Jon, are those files yours? And if so, how could they go missing I wonder? Puzzled…… and.. Yes… hmpfff.. but that's Orbx :LMAO: The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA
April 11, 201214 yr Author Thanks for advising me about this progress. I knew that it wasn't usual as I have successfully flown this area many times before. Bryan Wallis aka "fltsimguy" Maple Bay, British Columbia Near CAM3
