I have downloaded and installed the new file from my account but after installation the Config manager still shows v1.1 and not v1.3!

 

I must be doing something wrong but I don't know what?

You're fine. The config manager is v1.1 but the gauge version is 1.3. Go into the button or voice section and you'll see it there.

Correct...

 

Config Manager Stays at 1.1 (no new changes to it).

 

Button and Voice will now show 1.3.
