Problem with FSDreamteam

Featured Replies

Some days ago I noticed that all airport biuldings (except for the jetways) are gone at KLAS and LSGG. Anyone got an idea what the problem might be and how to solve it?

(I got US Cites Las Vegas and BlueSkyScenery for that area as well as Switzerland Pro X installed as well, but that combination has worked well for months now.)

Thank you for your help

Go to the FSDT site and download and install the latest stand-alone add-on manager... that should take care of it.

Hi,

Download the latest Standalone Addon Manager and install it into FSX, this should get rid of the problem. Here is the link.

If you have the demo version installed, all buildings will go away after 5 or 10 minutes so you can try it out before you buy it. Make sure KLAS is registered (look under the addon menu).

Best regards,

Jim

I'm having this issue too. I read somewhere that the buildings won't show if you fly the PMDG NGX, due to the NGX using all the simconnect available pipes, or something to that effect. I'm also seeing a couatl.exe crash every time I load FSX and have reloaded the standalone addon manager several times now. Pretty frustrated but not much time to work on it, so I haven't sought actual support yet. Have to wait until I'm done with this semester in a few weeks.

Thanks for your quick replies.

I'll give it a try with the latest addon manager.

That's not the cause for sure, since I don't have the NGX, and it happens with every aircraft I to these airports.

It's not true that the buildings don't show with the NGX - they show up just fine on my systems... if you are getting a couatl.exe crash you have problems that have nothing to do with the NGX. Do get support from FSDT when you have time. Virtualli is very helpful.
