Pmdg737ngx.dll crash

Featured Replies

I had to bite the bullet and reinstall Fsx over the last two days, i thought i was finished when i reinstalled the md11, started FSX, all working well, shutdown FSX and installed the NGX.

After booting up FSX and selecting the NgX all appears well but when i end the flight the ngx.dll causes a crash of FSX.

I can see a few people have reported this and i had never had a problem before. Is there a general fix for it?

I'm really not sure, but just a thought: are you running FSX as administrator? That seems to fix a lot of problems.

Yup, uac is disabled and i have the uiautomation fix in place.

Apparently there is an issue when exiting fsx, heres hoping for a fix!

I used to have the same problem with the Airbus X, and loading a default aircraft first fixed that. Are you doing that? (I'm still guessing...)

Hi,

Just install the latest FSUIPC version and that will fix your issue with the exit crash.

You can find it here.

Version FSUIPC4 4.80

Yep, my fsx always loads a default cessna to a barren airfield in the middle of nowhere (saves time and loads the necessary gauges, etc)

From there, i click end flight and choose the aircraft i want.

I dont understand why the problem is present now with a clean install and not before when the NGX run fine?

Thanks Wings of Alaska, i actually havent reinstalled my registered version of fsuipc yet, will do that tonight and see if it fixes it, fingers crossed!
