Back on the 10/5/09 I purchased the JS41... I have done allot of modifications on my computer since then and have lost the download files of the JS41 (So stupid not to put it onto disk). Now the download URL has expired.

Will I have to re-download at a price or can I produce my order confirmation details on a support ticket and download free of charge?

You need to buy the extended download service for the J41 for $5. Then you need to register and send a support ticket to PMDG at support.precisionmanuals.com.

Thanks... I actually purchased the EDS after I had posted this topic, Just waiting on a reply from the support ticket. Hopefully by tomorrow they will reply.

make sure you back up all your pmdg installers to a disk will save you next time when you wanr to do a re install
