I just purchased the 737NGX today,but I did not get the download for it via my Email address,sent message to support via ticket,but have not heard from them either,

anything else I can do to expidite the download.

If your purchase was processed successfully, you should be able to log in to your PMDG account from the top-right hand section of the main page, then review your previous orders.

 

If you drill down into the order you made, there should be a download URL there that you can click to kick things off.

After you have downloaded it make sure you back up your installer, since the download link is only available for a short period of time before it expires.
