May 7, 201214 yr Just installed the SkySpirit 474-8i, unlike other aircraft I cannot see the cabin lights at night when in an outside view. Am I missing something in the texture file, unlike for other lights I cannot see a panel switch for these lights. Could it be because this model is a little larger than the normal 747 that the lights are being hidden behind the fuselage. Other outside lights are working normally. Any suggestions.
May 7, 201214 yr There is an auxiliary panel, turned on by pressing either Ctrl-5 or Ctrl-9. A button on it controls the cabin lights.
May 7, 201214 yr Author Thanks for your quick reply. But nothing happened when pressing these keys. In the "normal" Posky 747 are a couple of textures which show the lighting at night , have tries these in the Sky Spirit file also without any luck.
May 7, 201214 yr Hello I have also had a few problems with Skyspirit aircraft. I posted the other day but got no replies. My trouble has been with there 767 aircraft . No beacon lights (had to fix aircraft CFG lights entry myself) and speedbrake alert/warning light kept flashing on and off during takeoff and climb) I have resorted to downloading original POSKY models, these are fine. Not trying to hijack ,but SkySpirit craft SEEM to have one or two problems. Andy
May 7, 201214 yr Duh, I should have written "SHIFT - 5" or "SHIFT - 9." Andy--are you using a different panel? The flashing beacons in SSP747 and 767 aircraft are smaller and reflect off the ground. The "readme" file gives instructions on text to be inserted into the panel.cfg if you are using a different panel. Using the "ultimateboeingpanel" required a lot of my time to get the panel.cfg command lines right to get the SSP stuff to work. Hope this helps.
May 8, 201214 yr Author Found the solution, had the Ulitity panel but due to a smaller value in the panel cfg [Window08] the panel was not showing all the buttons on the right. Thanks for your advice. Now very happy.
