check the your account page where you originally downloaded the ngx before the link should be active hopefully

If you just purchased the extended download service you need to register at http://support.precisionmanuals.com and open a support ticket requesting a new download link.

Ok why are you downloading again is it because you upgraded your pc or hard drive and lost the previous installer. Since by the looks of it you still got the previous installer which makes it pointless in downloading again?

yeah I dont know what I but somehow uninstalled the installer but still had some folder left over in PMDG F/fsx

 

Anyway all good and got rid of a few bugs in the system
