May 16, 201214 yr Love the product, been using it with good success! I have so far been starting each flight with the full preflight process, which is great but sometimes takes awhile as the FO goes through all the tests and flows. If simulating a quick turn or if I want to simply quickly configure things myself, is it possible to just advance ahead in the checklists and start (for example) at the Before Start flow / checklist? So far when I have tried this, the FO is claiming some settings are not done/checked and / or improperly configuring the aircraft. Is it necessary to start each flight from the very beginning "Run PF" button? For a quick turn, does the FO still test APU Fire / GPWS / etc? I thought this was more typical of the first flight of the day. Any thoughts? Thanks, Alex Malek AMD 5830X Nvidia RTX 3060 Win 11
May 16, 201214 yr Commercial Member Hi Alex, Glad you're liking the product! If you want to quickly configure things your self: 1. Do not press RUN PF Events. 2. Setup the plane as desired. 3. Skip to the Mode you want to start at (ie., Before Start) and pick up from there. Running the Pre-Flight Events is purely "optional". Best, B.
