Right Engine Failure & Full Hydraulic Failure

Landed this plane using only Left Engine Throttle. (not on a runway or a safe speed though)

yeah its just all about keeping the plane level by adjusting the throttle cause theres no yoke control, and basically nothing else works without hydraulics.

Hi Jeradwtf. Just curious as to why you had no hydraulics. Did you set yourself up for multiple failures?

If you lost #2 engine, you still would have had the B system through the Eng 1 Electric pump. A system throught the #1 Engine driven pump. So no loss of Hydraulics to the flight controls.

Your Control yoke should have been fine. Even if you have a total hydraulic failure, you can still fly the aircraft through roll/spoiler control. "Manual Reversion"

Not fun, I've done it in the sim, but thank goodness not out on the line, except during Maint. checks.

So, not sure why you didn't have any Hydraulics, you should have had both systems, with 1 engine failure.

Best,

David
