Throttles go from full to idle without touching them

Hey guys when i go for my takeoff run in the NGX or the 747 the throttles just go from full to idle. I bought the 747 yesterday and it happened after I installed it. Please help

Check your joystick calibration. If it's bad enough that you can't use it in the normal modes that let it work in ARM mode, then set the "A/T Manual Override" option to Never and it'll lock it out completely whenever the A/T is active.
