This is a special thanks to Ryan from PMDG who last night spent an hour in my PC sorting out a problem with my MD11 load manager not only that he has cleaned up my computer so its now running like new,I have never known any company to provide the support the guys at PMDG provide, once again thanks for all your help

Yea bryan from fscrew2 spends most of his time on remote one on one as well to sort out problems as well. So guess there are a few devs out there willing to give their time and effort to sort out the probs for us simmmers.

Hey hey, count me in as well. I've exchanged a lot of emails with Ryan too, during May and june and he's really doin an excellent support job.
