June 14, 201213 yr To me, the most valuable thing MS could do to their code right now would be to make multiplayer less "stuttery" so that "Stearman swarms" and the like could go as smoothly as other sims allow. With better multiplayer code we could do this! We could! And with more people! We could!! We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically. True -- and that also relates to some of the things a few people have said they want. Folks have mentioned things like AI aircraft, ships, vehicles, etc., but such dynamic elements would have a significant impact on multiplayer sessions. I think any of the dynamic stuff like that is pretty much a non-starter. There's no place like this place, so this must be the place.
June 14, 201213 yr That reminded me of one my personal favorite videos... Hah! P-3 in the groove at 03:12 didn't lower his hook! Owes the LSO a bottle of scotch! When did the P-3 grow that pointy nose? I remember them as more rounded.
