FSD Navajo flight damage modelling??

Surprisingly gentle. I held the nose off as long as I could. Texas is really flat so I didn't have any problem finding a suitable parking spot. I wasn't in range of any airports though! Thanks for asking!:D

Excellent test; excellent post. Thanks!Dan

Barry,I have had the Panther since it was originally released. There was an issue where even if you handled the engines correctly, a few minutes after takeoff the engines would fail. I found out the Navajo does not float!! :)After the SR, FSD corrected the issue, which I beleive TimD has mentioned below. The damage modeling is still there, how can I say that because, I broke the rules, and now I have a broken engine. Which by the way is a very expensive mistake to make!!I am very pleased with the Navajo, it performs as it should, and will bite back if handled recklessly. I don't have the Meridian therefore I can't give an opinion on it.However with the Navajo, I can really say it makes you feel good, that you can do things by the numbers and get to your destination and be able to afford to fly another day. So far I have 32 hours flight time and plus 1 new engine.

Hi AllI flew for 25 Hrs. and after doing the maintenance on the engines and exiting out the load manager I am unable to keep my starboard engine running. This is the second time I have had this experience, happened just after I purchased the aircraft and after trying numerous times I was able to keep both engines running until I did the maintenance as I have mentioned above.Any solutions in getting my starboard engine to keep running would be appreciated.I went to the default senerio with a different twin running and I still can not get the Navajo to keep the starboard running when I exchanged planes.Take Care any assistance would be appreicated.Kenny G.

Wow Kenny, that sucks. If you've installed the SR that was posted to FSD a while back and you've performed the required maintenance, I'd suggest posting on the FSD forum. Steve, or Tim, or someone will certainly email you back and help you all you need. I've had some problems with stuff in the past, but they've always taken the time to square me away. So, if no one else can help you here, I'd try there.:D
