Just bought a Dell UltraSharp U2412M IPS LED monitor after reading some very good reviews on it lately in the hardware Press, to replace an ancient Iiyama 19-in CRT VisionMaster 1451. If anyone can suggest how I can make best usage of such a classy monitor in FSX, I'd be grateful.

I've currently got it set at 1920x1200 resolution at default refresh rate.

It's a good screen once it's been calibrated.

Thanks for that Noel. I'm just discovering how good this monitor is and why it has taken the kudos in various computer magazines. It has certainly changed my FSX experience of seeing a 16:10 aspect ratio compared to my previous CRT monitor.

Remember to try WideViewAspect=True

Thanks for that wiltzei. But where do I find that line? Please guide.
