Hi thinking about buying fs2crew for the PMDG ngx 737 , i was wondering if the FO takes over answering FSX atc, like Radar contact does

No, in one simple word.

For ATC, I recommend VOX ATC only.

 

VOX ATC works great with FS2Crew.
