760kg=1675 pounds. If you have fuel that low in the main tanks then you have bigger problems as only the center tank should reach to very low levels.

It is the reason why boeing and others put an heat exchanger in the tanks, they normally cannot reach that value meaning that the pumps are always cooled.

When you have less than 760kgs, pumps are your last problem, and, on the 737 is the minor problem as the plane could fly without pumps running but it will be more difficult without fuel.

 

However, in this case, I point all my money on the fuel temperature problem, a problem present in the old pmdg versions, and I don't know why is probably present here.

What to do?

If the product is updated, old saved flights removed correctly, you need to load a panel state, check fuel temp, if it is higher than outside temperature, let it cool few hours with no pumps running, it would be better if you set a low outside temperature so the wings will cool faster. Save the panel state again and see if it helps.
